Hells Bells – The Daddy Workout

Hi! Thanks for dropping by again. Sorry it’s been a while. This blog is focused on the training that I have been undergoing in the past 6 weeks. The kettlebells for the ‘Daddy Workout’.
I have done a video on some of my favourite kettlebell exercises that has pumped me up literally!
Here’s a video of me doing the Deadlift with Kettle bells, Squats without the Kettlebells & the Clean & Squats with the Kettlebells. Just wanted to say thanks to the guys at Get Results for helping me out!
Here’s my current Stats after 7 weeks of training:
Bicep – Unflexed – 32 cm
Bicep – Flexed – 34cm
Thigh – 61 cm
Calf – 36cm
Chest 94
Waist – 72
Waist (at Navel point) – 82
Hip – 93
Bodyfat – 13.4%
Weight – 76.5kg.
